Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and how to opt out. Short version: no account, no personal data required to download anything.
What we collect
You can browse and download every clipart on this site without giving us any personal information. There is no signup and no login for visitors.
- Server logs. Our host records IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp for each request. These are standard security and troubleshooting records.
- Search terms. We store what people search for, without linking it to any individual. Searches that return nothing tell us what art to make next.
- Download counts. Aggregate totals per clipart. We store a short-lived hashed value to avoid counting the same visitor twice within an hour; it is not used to identify anyone.
- Contact form. If you write to us, we keep your name, email and message so we can reply.
Cookies and advertising
This site is funded by advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Teachers using our art in classroom materials are not sharing any student data with us.
Your rights
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion, and we do not sell personal information. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you rights of access, correction, deletion and objection. To exercise any of these, contact us — since we hold almost nothing, these requests are usually resolved the same day.
Data retention
Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Aggregate counts and search terms are kept indefinitely because they contain no personal data.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and the date below will change with it.
